Greetings and welcome! We are pleased to launch this new format monthly newsletter which combines our distinctive cooperative brands throughout the Midwest. Lifestyle Communities and Artessa Development comprises a skilled group of passionate professionals who bring over 50 years of combined experience in finance and development of over 41 cooperative communities throughout Minnesota and nearby surrounding states. We take great pride in building cooperative communities where individuals 62 and better naturally feel at home. Members who move into one of our cooperatives feel and experience the boutique lifestyle, as compared to other larger properties where you may feel like more of a number.
This monthly newsletter will provide exclusive announcements, including new cooperatives in various marketplaces, updates on cooperatives now selling, and those under construction. Additionally, news from existing select communities keeps you informed on all the great connections and happenings in our overall network of cooperative communities.

WHAT’S COMPLETED
In each of our construction updates, we will highlight for you what has been completed since our previous update, as well as what’s to come over the next month. Here is an update on what has been completed over the past four weeks:
- Wood framing for zone 1 (North) has been completed through the third floor with roof trusses currently being installed.
- Wood framing on zone 2 has begun on first floor.
- Plumbing, mechanical, and electrical placements have begun on first floor of zone 1.
WHAT’S COMING NEXT
Here’s a look at the types of activities that will be happening on site over the next several weeks:
- Zone 2 wood framing will continue, with roof being installed soon after on zones 1 and 2.
- Plumbing, mechanical and electrical placements will continue for zones 1 and 2.
- North crane will be removed soon after zone 1 and 2 roofing is complete.
SITE VISITS & MEMBER EXPLORATION TOURS
In the coming weeks, our team will begin reaching out to members with units in Zone 1 with information on their specific exploratory tours planned for mid-late March. Specific information about these visits will be shared individually with members when available.
- Once it is safe to begin scheduling the remaining construction site visits, members will be contacted in advance.
- The construction site, until the building and grounds are completed, remain the liability and in the control of CBS Construction, the general contractor on this project. Please do not walk or drive onto the actual property. The adjacent bank parking lot can provide a short place to stop and view progress on construction activity, though we encourage everyone to stay out of the work zone and view the live construction camera for live updates.

CLUB UPDATES
Zvago Long Lake Golf Club:
Zvago Long Lake member Mark is organizing a member golf league or golf outing for this spring/summer. If you are interested, they will be hosting their first meeting on Tuesday, March 21st at 3:30pm at Lake Community Bank.
Zvago Long Lake Social Club:
Interested in joining a group of like-minded individuals with a knack for event planning? This group will meet on a regular basis to plan and schedule community outings or events for the members of Zvago Long Lake. This is a great way to get involved in your community and to get to know your future neighbors!
Artessa Mound Harbor Outdoor Enthusiast Club:
Connect with members and enjoy the warmer season ahead biking, hiking or walking the Dakota Rail Trail, attending the local farmers market and golf outings, joining in on the group summer boat outings on Lake Minnetonka, attending special events at the Arboretum and other Three Rivers Park events and group outings at local wineries. The fun is just beginning.
