2022 St. James Town Festival! 
On September 3rd, 2022, after a 2-year hiatus due to COVID, the St. James Town Festival roared back into the heart of the neighborhood to present a fun-filled afternoon of performances, food, and kids activities celebrating the theme “Hopeful, Resilient, and Stronger - Together.” The special event was a unique partnership between neighborhood residents and the Service Providers Network (SPN). Keeping it fresh: Market Greens 

Officially launched on August 10th, 2022, Market Greens is an initiative in St. James Town that aims to bring affordable fresh fruits and vegetables year-round to low-income residents facing food insecurity. As of 2016, 32% of St. James Town residents have low incomes as compared to the Toronto average of 17%.
Meet the Toronto Indigenous Cancer Program Team! 
The Indigenous Cancer Program (ICP) supports Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit and Métis) patients and families accessing Cancer Care in Toronto. Supporting Indigenous people in cancer care is important because Indigenous peoples experience barriers to culturally safe care and continue to experience racism when accessing health care services which can be traumatic.
