Dear Parents,
It is hard to believe how quickly the school year has passed. As we near the end of the year, I would like to thank you for your trust, faith, and commitment to the mission of Corpus Christi Catholic School. We are so thankful for the opportunity to unite with parents as partners in education. It has been a wonderful school year full of learning and joy!

Bible Verse and Prayer Focus of the Month
Our Bible verse focus for the month of May is: Proverbs 3:6
“In all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your paths straight.”
Our prayer focus is the Hail Mary:
Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Each week, we are focusing on a particular virtue as a school. Students have been learning the definition as well as what living the virtue looks and sounds like in our actions and words.
The virtues we are learning about this week is:
Orderliness (Week of May 15)
Meaning
Keeping oneself physically clean and neat and one’s belongings in good order.
Ways to Cultivate
-
Ages 6 and up: Put things back after using them.
-
Ages 10 and up: Use a planner to keep track of homework, and clean up before your parents ask.
-
Ages 12 and up: Pick up after yourself, leave things in order, take pride in your appearance, and use a planner to keep track of your responsibilities and appointments.
Prayer
Oh, Infinite Beauty,
In Your wisdom, you created all things with perfect order. Orderliness brings peace, beauty, harmony, and joy! Please help me to keep order in my life so that I may respect these things You have entrusted to me. In particular please assist me in keeping my appearance, room, locker, and workspace clean and neat.

Only the hard back text book should be sold/passed down.
Our school office tends to be very busy, especially this time of the year.
