STUDENT COUNCIL WARM CLOTHING DRIVE

HALLOWEEN CARNIVAL
Friday, October 20 
All Elementary and Junior High students are invited to a Halloween costume and dance party from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at The Cove School. SPANISH CLASS PUERTO RICO FUNDRAISER 
Monday, October 23 to Friday, October 27 

In celebration of  Día  de los Muertos, Cove's Spanish classes will be creating Flores de Papel (tissue paper flowers) and selling them for $1.00 from 8:00 AM to 8:25 AM and during lunch at the school store. ELEMENTARY FIELD TRIP 
Wednesday, October 25

All elementary students will be going on a field trip to see The Lyric Opera of Chicago's performance of The Scorpions' Sting  from 11:00 AM to 1:45 PM. Students will eat lunch before traveling and snack when they return. Please fill out the permission form above and return to your child's teacher by Monday, October 23. CHOICES EVENT

All parents and guardians are invited to this  Parent Education Series event from 6 PM to 9 PM at Glenbrook North High School in Northbrook. HALLOWEEN SCHOOL DAY ACTIVITIES 
Tuesday, October 31 

High School students will be treated to bagels and juice compliments of the Parent Association and are encouraged to dress in school appropriate costumes. 
Elementary and Junior High students will take part in our annual Halloween parade, followed by festive activities in their classrooms. students are encouraged to bring costumes to school they can change into after lunch. Please bring school appropriate costumes (no masks, weapons-related items or apparel, etc.).

All students, parents, guardians and professionals are invited to this  Parent Education Series event from 6:30 PM to 9 PM at Niles North High School. The BEST Resource Fair is designed to assist students with special needs in making post-high school plans.

All are encouraged to join Cove for our next community day event at the California Pizza Kitchen in Northbrook Court from 11 AM to 9 PM. Cove will receive a portion of each purchase at the restaurant made by Cove community members and supporters. Save the date, more details to come. 

PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES

Parent-teacher conferences will be going on from 8 AM to 8 PM on Monday and 8 AM to 4 PM on Tuesday. There will be no school for students these days, as well as the rest of the week.

FALL AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES


Parents and guardians are encouraged to sign their students up for one or more of our amazing after school activities. There are activities for all interests, including mathematics, robotics, homework help, sports, music and so much more.
