The Women’s Evening Café is Back!
Please join us for an evening of fellowship, inspiration, and light refreshments at the Women's Evening Cafe on Monday, October 4th. We are delighted to have Sr. Sheila Galligan, Theology Professor at Immaculata University, who will explore the timeless treasures of the Psalms. The event starts at 6:30 in the Parish Center. Light appetizer or dessert donations are welcome! Beverages will be provided.
What does it mean to be a Catholic man today?
Many men are now asking themselves this question. We want to be better men, better husbands, better fathers. But sometimes it’s hard to know how to start. That’s why our parish is hosting Into the Breach, a Knights of Columbus-led program for men seeking to answer the question: What does it mean to be an authentic, Catholic man in today’s world?
The lessons of Into the Breach are powerful and will help each of us to be better men. They will improve our relationship with God, with our wives, with our children and grandchildren, and with the entire community.
Weekly sessions consist of two 10 to 12-minute videos followed by a guided discussion of the topics presented where men are encouraged to help each other on the journey towards authentic Catholic masculinity.
The first Into the Breach session starts on Thursday, Sept. 30 at 7:00 PM in the Parish Center. There is a small $5 fee to cover the cost of the program study guide and light refreshments will be available.
To join us on our six-week journey Into the Breach, go to our parish website or contact Brian Magee at brmagee@outlook.com
Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (R.C.I.A.) Inquiry Sessions

Are you interested in becoming Catholic? Is there someone you know among your family or friends who is searching for answers to some of the bigger questions in life? Inquiry sessions about the R.C.I.A. process will be held on the following Wednesdays in September: 9/8, 9/15/ and 9/22 in the Parish Center from 6:30 to 7:00 PM.  These gatherings are informal and intended to give you an opportunity to meet the RCIA team and answer some of your questions regarding Catholic spirituality. If you have any questions, please contact Judy Magee at 484-473-8205 or jmagee@sspeterandpaulrc.org
Who is the R.C.I.A. for?
-      It is for those who have never been baptized and seek information on becoming a Catholic Christian.
-      It is for those who are baptized and have joined us from another Christian denomination but have little knowledge and experience of what it means to be a Catholic Christian.
-      It is for adult Catholics who would like to complete the sacraments of initiation: (Eucharist and Confirmation)
-      It is for anyone considering Catholicism as a way of life who wishes to explore the faith to inform their decision.
Caring for Friends Meals Needed
The parish has an urgent need for frozen meals in the Caring for Friends freezer. There is a minimum of 45 needed for each week's delivery, and we have less than 12 meals currently in the freezer. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
