Springfield Park hosts two free concerts this weekend as part of SummerStage 2018. First, Kranium, who had the dancehall hit "Nobody Needs to Know," shares the stage with DJ Polish on July 7. The hip hop duo EPMD works with DJ Sylk on July 8. Plus, there’s a celebration of Haitian music at the same park on July 5 and The Legendary Ladies of SKYYon July 6.

Get ready for an in-tents experience! Camp Rockaway is hosting overnight visitors in safari-style tents near the Jacob Riis Park Bathhouse through Oct. 31. The family-friendly site includes a communal fire pit, a picnic-and-grill area, hammocks, a supply store, a bathroom facility, and games such as horseshoes. Plus, it’s located a few steps from the Atlantic Ocean.
