The Herreshoff Classic Regatta is an annual event drawing participants from around the world. Classic yachts, many of them Herreshoff designs, gather for a weekend of racing and social events. Sign up for races and social events NOW The festivities begin with the Living Boat Show on Friday August 22nd from 5pm to 10pm. The event is FREE and open to the public. The show welcomes participants in the Regatta and members of the general public to come together in celebration of classic yachts and our nation's yachting history. Enjoy cocktails with a cash bar. The Herreshoff Museum Store has received a new makeover, both online and in-store. The online store now features a wider selection of apparel options, bags, accessories, and home decor, as well as an improved shopping experience. Halsey Herreshoff on the Herreshoff Centennial Classes of 1914
On July 24th, Halsey C. Herreshoff delivered a stunning lecture to a sold out crowded celebrating the three Herreshoff Centennial Classes of sailing yachts. He explained the significant actions of the Herreshoff Manufacturing Company and its outstanding team that functioned so impressively in 1914. Successful 4th of July Celebrations
Our Fourth of July celebration this year was one for the books! We kicked off our fun filled weekend with dinner on the Third with cocktails and a fantastic meal provided by Preppy Big BBQ, there was also plenty of dancing thanks to the Honkytonk Knights. Even the kids had a blast with s'mores on the beach and a coloring table set up right on the waterfront. It was fun night for all ages. ...
