Bay Family Game Night
Thursday, February 6, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Take a break from TV, the Internet, and video games to join Bay families for a special evening of games, appetizers, and fun! Have you ever heard of Catan? Avalon? Ticket to Ride? Coup? Machi Koro? or Dixit? They are a new breed of board games making waves across the country! We'll have friendly gaming experts on hand to show you the ropes so no need to worry about the rules. After playing these games, don't be surprised if "family game night" becomes the norm, rather than the exception! So what are you waiting for? RSVP here and join us for Bay Family Game Night.

Staying Healthy

With the news of the Novel Coronavirus being updated daily, we want to assure you that The Bay School administration is closely monitoring news issued by local and national public health agencies and we will adhere to their recommendations. As of this writing, the risk to the general public in California remains low

That said, we would like to ask your partnership in helping to reduce the transmission of illnesses like the Novel Coronavirus, including the common cold and flu:

  • If you/your student is exhibiting contagious symptoms such as fever, coughing, or sneezing, please stay home from school to avoid spreading illness. Students must be free of symptoms for at least 24 hours before returning to school. Students must also be fever-free without the use of fever-reducing medication for at least 24 hours before returning to school.
  • Avoid touching your face, particularly your eyes, nose, and mouth as these areas are more vulnerable to entering bacteria and viruses.
  • Wash your hands frequently (with soap and for at least 20 seconds) or use hand sanitizer (with at least 60% alcohol).
  • Use and promote proper cough etiquette—cough or sneeze into a tissue, sleeve, or arm (not into hands).

For more information on the Coronavirus, please see the California Department of Public Health's  FAQ page . We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as needed. Please feel free to contact Elaine Cocuzzo with any questions or concerns.
