Welcome to the 2020 Season of Parties for the Parkway
When the first Party catalog was mailed out in 1993, it's doubtful anyone anticipated that we would still be offering Parties for the Parkway 28 years later. But here we are in 2020, with a fantastic slate of events that will tempt your taste buds, and provide new opportunities to learn, make new friends, and experience the wonderful San Joaquin River.

It all starts this week!

Tickets to the 2020 Parties for the Parkway Kickoff are on sale now. Sign up right away to get your priority number so you can be among the first to make reservations for the fabulous selection of 2020 Parties for the Parkway at the Kickoff Party on March 12, 5:30 pm, at Clovis Veterans Memorial District Building. Click here to purchase your Kickoff Party tickets online, or call us at 559-248-8480.

Your first opportunity to see the 2020 Parties for the Parkway Art Exhibit is this Thursday, February 6, from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm, at the K-Jewel Art Gallery, 1415 Fulton St in Downtown Fresno. Join us on this regular ArtHop evening for a reception honoring the talented and generous contributing artists. Enjoy the exhibit, make your starting bids, and mingle with friends of the River Parkway Trust.

Sycamore Island is Now Open for Public Recreation Access
The River Parkway Trust opened Sycamore Island for the 2020 season on Saturday, February 1, at 6:00 am. With the beautiful spring like weather, this was one of the most successful opening weekends yet! We'd like to thank everyone who came out to enjoy a day of fishing, hiking, wildlife watching, or cycling.

Sycamore Island will be open on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and State holidays through November 11. The current property hours are 6:00 am to 5:30 pm, with hours changing seasonally.

The River Parkway Trust operates Sycamore Island through a concessionaire agreement with the San Joaquin River Conservancy, a state agency created to develop and manage the San Joaquin River Parkway.
