INSURANCE RENEWAL
January 1 is the date to renew your annual Consultant liability insurance.
Before you place your first order for 2023, a convenient pop-up in MyEpicure will take you through the insurance payment process. Your annual fee will remain the same as last year: $19.95 CA / $19.95 US
Note: All new Consultants who joined on or after December 1, 2022 will not be required to renew their insurance until January 2024.

ANNUAL TAX INFORMATION
It’s that time of year again and tax season is fast approaching. Consultants who earn $500 CA or $600 US in compensation for 2022 will be receiving either a T4A or 1099. For you to submit correct tax information, we need to ensure all of your contact information is correctly updated in our back office. Please take a few moments to review your MyEpicure Profile page and confirm the following information is accurate: Email, full address, legal name, date of birth. These details are used to compile your tax records.
US CONSULTANTS:
On January 20th you will be receiving an email with details on how to access your 1099. It is critical that you open and save a copy of these details. After January 31, 2023, they will no longer be available. This information will not be available anywhere else, if the details are not saved by January 31, 2023, they will be deleted.
*CE is not able to resend the details, any lost information will take several business days to retrieve and send again.
CA CONSULTANTS:
T4A documents will be mailed to you prior to February 28, 2023, to the default address you have on file in your MyEpicure Profile page.
