Recognizing the significant stressors affecting our community, the DOM DEIB Committee is creating this space to offer staff an opportunity to connect, share experiences, and support one another in a meaningful way. Mindfulness Meditation to Reduce Stress & Anxiety
Join us on a seven-week journey via Zoom to unlock your full potential and lead a more balanced, focused, and healthier work life. The course takes place in forty-five-minute online sessions each Friday for seven weeks. Sessions are recorded. An online portal for recordings, daily practices, and connecting with the community of like-minded people is provided.
