Staff Community Listening Circles

Please join Meshell Johnson, Associate Chair for DEIB, and Aaron Tabacco, Director of Staff Experience, for a community listening circle. Recognizing the significant stressors affecting our community, the DOM DEIB Committee is creating this space to offer staff an opportunity to connect, share experiences, and support one another in a meaningful way. We are offering two sessions – you’re welcome to attend both or choose the one that works best for you.

Join us on a seven-week journey via Zoom to unlock your full potential and lead a more balanced, focused, and healthier work life. An online portal for recordings, daily practices, and connecting with the community of like-minded people is provided.
