1. What you need to know
Earlier today, the Colorado Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) ran a server update and is no longer experiencing issues with registration renewals, replace plates or decals and driver license renewals and downgrades on myDMV. Currently, there is an outage for online driver license upgrades and first-time vehicle registration. We will send an update once this outage is resolved. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to navigate the CORE21 environment.
2. What did we do?
A list of impacted users and the steps the state and our vendors took to fix the issue:
The SQRs below were fixed at 1:15 p.m. on 2/19
Driver Services - Endorsement/Restrictions Not Appearing on Summary Page/Sent to Thales (SQR 26699)
Vehicle Services - Replace Plates are all failing for desyncs on validations due to a missing field that was added to a section action (SQR 26680)
Vehicle Services - In-office First Time Reg fleet vehicle missing field (SQR 26661)
e-Services - If customers go to CI and receive an error in the process of making the payment, they will see a balance on their account that isn't possible to pay (SQR 26659)

3. What are we doing next?
Driver Services - Continued pixelation issues with CBI images (SQR 26647)
Driver Services - Thales no camera error work items added extensively due to missing V11 validation (SQR 26633)
Vehicle Services - Any fleet transaction not allowing for escrow redemption (SWR 25889)
