The Deception of Proposition HH!
Proposition HH will appear on the ballot in Colorado this November. Its authors promote it as a property tax reduction measure, but it will not reduce property taxes. Instead, it will increase state taxes.
If it truly decreased taxes, there would be no need to ask this ballot question.
After three years this proposition effectively eliminates your Taxpayer Bill of Rights (TABOR) refunds.
