The panel comprised NATCA leaders who work on behalf of NATCA members to improve all aspects of the National Airspace System as well as their benefits and well-being.
Providing a thorough briefing to Convention delegates and members, Gilbert detailed the timeline of the ATC reform issue and NATCA's involvement in efforts to find a stable, predictable funding stream for the NAS.

At NATCA's 17th Biennial Convention, the NATCA Charitable Foundation (NCF) raised more than $41,000 through general donations, a wine/spirits pull, sponsorships, a 5K run/walk, a silent auction, and a convention registration and grand door prize raffle. NCF also increased payroll deductions from members by $35,000 per year after NATCA President Paul Rinaldi set the challenge of making NCF a million dollar charity. NCF now is receiving roughly $140,000 in payroll deductions. All together, this means that NCF raised more than $76,000 at convention for its important work. More details in the items below.
