NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS
Set Your Sights on Travel and Learning
With the new year right around the corner, you may be contemplating making a few New Year's resolutions. If one of them happens to be to about combining learning and travel, check out the Museum's 2015 adult classes and trips schedule. Whale watching in Baja, viewing Sandhill Cranes, raptors and waterfowl near Willcox, and exploring the mountains, minerals and mines in the Santa Rita mountains are just a sample of what you'll discover.
ART DAY AT THE MUSEUM
Save the Date - January 10, 2015
Plan now to attend a very special day focused on art and conservation. Two new art exhibitions will open:  Artists for Conservation and Fiesta Sonora West, both from 2:00 - 4:00 pm. For those who want to delve deeper, the Art Institute will also screen three Artists for Conservation documentary films in the Warden Oasis Theater from 10:00 am - noon. Make a day of it and treat yourself to lunch at the Ocotillo Cafe. Exhibits and films are free with Museum admission.  (Image by Carole Niclasse.)

Valentine's Day Members Event - Plan to Attend
This year's Members Valentine Day event is destined to be one to remember!  The evening will include an opening reception with live music in the Ironwood Art Gallery.  You can then enjoy a romantic dinner  shared with your loved one.  If you're not a member, this is a great time to join.  Tickets for the event will go on sale in January.  Watch for more information.
