The collection is recognized as one of the most extensive regional mineral collections in the world, but much of it is not on display to the public. Oasis Project Returns with New Concerts

The Oasis Project is proud to announce two new performances in 2014: Jessi Colter on March 8, and John Oates on March 9. Phoenix native Colter is probably best known for her work with husband Waylon Jennings. Oates, half of the duo Hall and Oates, is currently celebrating his latest solo effort, A Good Road to Follow, and induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (with Daryl Hall). NEW EXHIBIT TO OPEN IN GALLERY

The Ironwood Art Gallery welcomes a highly anticipated new exhibit from January 11 to April 6: Art and the Animal. From the internationally competitive Society of Animal Artists, this exhibition of flatworks and sculptures combine natural history and fine art in the portrayal of domestic and wild animals.
