The Design Excellence Conference is fully online! Here's how to join us - do this ahead of time to get comfortable with the format and build your agenda!
Set Up Your Account In Advance:

Click the WEB App (recommended) or MOBILE App link.

Please use Google Chrome as your browser for the Web App to avoid issues we have encountered with other browsers. Copy https://bit.ly/AIAAustinwebapp and paste it into Chrome.
- Set up your login with your email and a password.
- You will be prompted to create a basic profile and accept Socio's terms of service.
- You must use the email address on your Registration Confirmation or Socio will not recognize you!

Sessions will take place in Zoom. To make sure you have the best experience, you will want to make sure you download Zoom in advance.
Build Your Agenda:
- Click on the Agenda tab/icon. You will see each day of sessions in calendar format. You can click on each session to see the full description and speakers.
- Click on the + sign to add sessions to your personal agenda. It will be listed on the My Agenda tab (to the right of the Agenda). You can add reminders as needed!
Attend Your Sessions:
- When you click to the Agenda, each session will have a link that says "View Live Stream in Zoom" at the bottom of the screen.
- You will click into each session, select "View Live Stream with Zoom," and it will open up Zoom on your computer or mobile device.

When the session is complete, you will be able to navigate back to the Web App and click into the next session!
- Please use the email address that you used to register for the conference in Zoom so that we can issue your CE credits.

- Visit the Live Lobby for assistance and to say hello to friends.
- The Event Game tab has games throughout each day where you can win a DoorDash gift card!
