COVID-19 Booster Doses

Booster doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine are available at the GW COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for patients and staff who meet the updated federal guidance. You are not required to get a booster, but if getting one please make sure it is documented on your CDC vaccine card. Further updates to the federal guidelines for recipients of Moderna and J&J vaccines are anticipated in the near future.

Flu Vaccine

Seasonal influenza vaccine for 2021-22 is now available and will be distributed at the GW MFA through individual departments/clinics. View the schedule of MFA Occupational Health Flu clinics.  These clinics began on October 12, 2021.

Hospital-Based Employees and Staff

GW Hospital employees, medical staff who work at the hospital, and housestaff, can receive the seasonal influenza vaccine and COVID-19 booster at GW Hospital Employee Health Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, and during additional times/locations.

COVID-19 Booster Shots Available – Schedule Online

All GW Hospital healthcare workers are eligible to get a third booster dose of the Pfizer vaccine. The CDC is recommending that healthcare workers receive a Pfizer booster shot if it has been six months or longer since your second COVID-19 Pfizer shot. Note: it is not mandated that you get this at this time. You can schedule your booster shot in Employee Health, Monday – Friday, 7:45 a.m. – 1:45 p.m. Schedule your appointment here: https://calendly.com/gwmedicalenterprise1/covid19vaccine?month=2021-06.

Please bring your COVID-19 vaccination card with you.
