ICD Registry

As part of ongoing efforts to collect meaningful data and improve patient care, the ACC is launching an  open comment period  on appropriate use criteria metrics for the ICD Registry Version 2.2. The AUC include two patient populations: patients receiving ICDs and patients receiving cardiac resynchronization therapy and were developed based on guideline documents created by the ACC Appropriate Use Task Force, in partnership with other medical societies. Please review the guideline document and draft metric display document before completing the survey. The survey should take approximately 30 minutes to complete, including time to review the related documents, and will close on Monday, May 20.

When you have completed all of the questions, be sure to select the "Submit" button. Once your answers have been submitted, you will not be able to make changes.

The comment period survey will close on Monday, May 20.
