  * Crostini with Artichoke Pesto and
Sun-dried Tomato Pesto: 
* Tuscan White Bean Salad with
Crispy Prosciutto,
Rosemary and Garlic; 
* Green Bean and Smoked Mozzarella Salad;
    * Cold Grilled Salmon with
Lemon and Garlic Sauce; 
  * Eggplant Caponata;
  * Vanilla Panna Cotta with Balsamic Cherries.

Phillis Carey's Menu
Al Fresco San Diego Style

* Chilled White Corn Soup garnished with
Avocado-Radish Relish and Fresh Tarragon;
* Mexican-Spiced Scones with Cornmeal and Parmesan Crust;
* Greek Shrimp, Orzo and Feta Salad with Mustard-Dill Vinaigrette, Cucumbers,
         Spinach, Tomatoes and Pine Nuts;        
* Grilled Thai Herb-Coated Chicken Breasts with Apricot Glaze on a bed of
* Spinach, Cabbage and Fresh Herb Slaw with Spicy Ginger-Citrus Dressing;
* “Mostachon”--Monterey Blueberry Almond Meringue Torte with Apricot Amaretto Cream.

Each person will receive a hearty sample of all the food prepared by both Diane and Phillis as well as
2 glasses of wine.

Each person will receive a packet
containing all the recipes prepared that day.

Free Valet Parking will be available
starting at 1:15 pm. Tips are appreciated, of course.

Diane and Phillis are arranging for
a few gifts that will be raffled off during the event.

Seats will be assigned in the order that participants register for the event. When you arrive you will receive your seat assignment and your raffle number.
