Just in time for Thanksgiving, the Kennebunkport Heritage Housing Trust has something to be VERY grateful for! After over a year and a half of twists and turns we have cleared title allowing us to start the process of creating our next neighborhood! By fall 2025 six new homes will be ready for year-round homeowners eager to be part of our amazing community. These homes will be on Beachwood Avenue within easy walking distance to Rotary Park and the KCT trail network.

To get this project started we need your help to reach as many potential homeowners as possible! Please complete this survey on marketing our new neighborhood by Sunday December 3. JAK Designs has given us a $50 gift card to use as a raffle prize for one lucky survey respondent and we will pull that winner on December 3 to make sure they have the gift card in time for holiday shopping.

We had such great feedback from donors who loved the 2022 Sea Bags we provided as thank you gifts that we decided to partner with Sea Bags again for our 2023 annual campaign. This year's design features the Lobster Trap Tree of Cape Porpoise complete with sparkling lights and an all-over snowfall print. We want to make sure our previous donors have first dibs on the 25 large totes we had made for 2023! These large totes are available now! Donations and pledges of $540/year ($45/month) or more before Friday, December 1, 2023 will secure your large tote and make sure you have it in time to hold your treasures while you shop for holiday gifts.
