St. Thomas youth, grades 6th+, are going to Point Mallard, Monday, June 24. We will leave the church at 10:10 am and will return home around 4:00pm. The cost of tickets is $14.50, and please send your child with lunch money as well. Make sure to pack sunscreen, a towel, and a change of clothes.

Permission slips are needed so please let Jeannie know if you are going. Friends are welcome, but we need to know in advance.

ANOTHER CHAPERONE IS NEEDED OR WE CANNOT GO. Rene Dippolito will be driving the church van and will need an additional adult as a chaperone. Please contact Jeannie by TODAY, JUNE 20, if interested. Check out the list of FAQ's on Point Mallard's website HERE.

VBS Volunteers Needed

Our Aslan Is on the Move VBS can't happen without YOU as VOLUNTEERS! We still need folks to share the daily Bible messages, lead the daily supporting activities, and lead daily games. At minimum, this is a commitment of 3 increments of 15 minutes for a total of 45 minutes one of the five mornings.  We also have decorations that we would like to borrow. Check out the sign-up sheets in Information Hall or contact our Children's Ministry Coordinator Laura Beth (children@stthomashuntsville.org) to see how you can help us give the children and their families a wonderful experience.

UPCOMING

Everybody's Pub Theology Thursday, June 27

Sit down with Dcn. Jeannie Thursday, June 27, from 6-7:30pm, at PaPPo's Pizzeria, at 7540 Memorial Pkwy SW, Huntsville, for great fellowship, good food, tasty drinks, and hearty discussion!

Pray the Rosary

Friday, June 28th

The St. Thomas Rosary Prayer Group is now gathering every other Friday in the church at 12:05pm to pray the Rosary. Each prayer session lasts around half an hour and includes the reading of each scripture passage for the five decades of either the Joyful, Sorrowful, Glorious, or Luminous Mysteries of the Holy Rosary. If you’ve never prayed the Rosary, we always have Rosary beads available, as well as written directions to help you fully participate in this meaningful, scriptural, and contemplative prayer practice. If you would like to join us, the Rosary will be prayed again at St. Thomas Friday, June 28, at 12:05pm.

Family Pool Party
