October Focus on Restaurants

Serving Extraordinary Barbecue with a Focus on Community, Compassion, and Quality

By Anjelica Supriana, Catering Sales Manager, 4Rivers Smokehouse

Who We Are

Founded in 2009 by John Rivers, 4 Rivers Smokehouse has grown from a single neighborhood BBQ spot into one of Florida’s most beloved family-owned restaurants. Our mission is simple: to serve extraordinary barbecue with a focus on community, compassion, and quality. From our signature 18-hour smoked brisket to scratch-made Southern sides and fresh bakery desserts, every dish reflects our dedication to excellence and hospitality.

What We Do in Daytona

At our Daytona Beach location, we proudly serve the same award-winning barbecue while offering convenient catering services for events of all sizes - from corporate luncheons and weddings to game-day tailgates and family celebrations. Guests can also take advantage of our private dining room, the perfect space for hosting meetings, celebrations, and special events with the same flavorful food and exceptional service. In addition, our team partners with local schools, nonprofits, and community groups to support causes that matter most to our neighbors.

Community First

Giving back is at the heart of 4 Rivers. Through partnerships with local organizations, Round-Up campaigns, and donations, we strive to make a positive difference in every community we serve. Whether it’s feeding frontline workers, supporting local youth programs, or collaborating with charitable foundations, our goal remains the same: to spread the “barbecue ministry” of love, generosity, and great food.
