Give the Gift of Wellness
By Sneha Desai, Owner, Oxygen Yoga and Fitness
At our wellness studio, we believe true health begins when the body is able to deeply relax, detoxify, and restore itself. That’s why every yoga and fitness class we offer is practiced in a far-infrared heated environment. Unlike traditional saunas that merely heat the air, far-infrared heat penetrates the skin, gently raising core body temperature, promoting profuse sweating, improved circulation, reduced inflammation, and faster muscle recovery. Members consistently tell us they leave class feeling lighter, calmer, and more energized—benefits that are especially valuable during the hectic holiday season when stress runs high and self-care often takes a backseat.
This year, give yourself (or someone you love) the gift of consistent wellness. Right now, we’re celebrating our community with a —perfect for creating a peaceful atmosphere at home. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or stepping onto the mat for the first time, our welcoming, judgment-free space and expert instructors make it easy to pause, breathe deeply, and reclaim a sense of balance amid the holiday rush.
Mark your calendar for a truly magical evening on December 13th: our Cacao Ceremony with Sound Healing and Guided Meditation. This heart-opening experience combines ceremonial-grade cacao, restorative sound baths, and gentle movement in the soothing embrace of far-infrared heat—an unforgettable way to release the year’s tension and step into the new season with clarity and joy. Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot soon. Investment $55. Bookable in Mindbody or our Oxygen Yoga & Fitness app under Workshops. We can’t wait to welcome you into our warm, healing studio and help you make wellness your brightest tradition this holiday season.
