New Member Tips

Review your Value Report. Did you know that your membership is always working behind the scenes through the Chamber's website? People who are searching for goods and services in the region frequent the Chamber's Online Membership Directory and click on business entries to find more information. This generates potential referrals that can translate to business. For more information about your Value Report contact kelly@daytonachamber.com.

Network to build your brand awareness and to generate leads. Let's face it, there are only 24 hours in the day to juggle work and life. Make a commitment to attend one Chamber networking event a month to finish out 2024. Bring a stack of business cards and then follow-up with the connections you make. This will maximize both your time and reach.

Lunch with Leaders Featuring J. Hyatt Brown

"I recently had the opportunity to attend the Lunch with Leaders program featuring a presentation by J. Hyatt Brown at the new Chamber offices. Being in that beautiful setting, mingling with amazing leaders and the 'Movers and Shakers' in our community was enough to make the time spent worthwhile, but Mr. Brown’s presentation elevated the event far beyond my expectations. He shared with us his vast knowledge of the Daytona region’s history and insight to his thought processes, as well as methods of growing a small operation into a highly profitable worldwide industry leader. I left there with a renewed love for our community and motivation to move my business forward.

Thank you to Chamber staff for putting this together and making it available to our membership. It was a truly amazing program, and it's always a pleasure to have an intimate conversation with such a dynamic leader and champion for our community!"
