Leadership Daytona Reunion - October 22
The next Leadership Daytona Reunion will focus on helping leaders build margin into their day for strategic and visionary thinking by leveraging the efficiencies of AI. These reunions keep our Leadership Daytona Alumni in the know on topics of importance across the region. Leadership Daytona Reunions are open exclusively to Leadership Daytona Alumni.
Attendees will hear from Alyssa DeNaro, Ph.D, Senior Generative AI Solution Specialist, Department of Academic Innovation at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She will share some use cases implemented at the University and how they might apply to your organization.

One Table Grateful Gathering - November 14
Join us for our 2nd annual signature event, co-hosted with the City of Daytona Beach, One Table – Grateful Gathering presented by Progressive Medical Research. You won’t want to miss this amazing family style dinner as we gather around one long table for an evening of fellowship with business and community members. There will be a limited number of tickets available!
A reception will begin at 5:00 PM, followed by a delightful dinner at 6:00 PM. Dinner will be served family style with culinary specialties by Food Supply Inc., Metz, Our Papa's Eatery, Steve's Famous Diner and Stonewood.

Blending a Refined Style with a Relaxed Seaside Vibe

Located within the Renaissance Daytona Beach Oceanfront Hotel, Cast & Crew is an upscale, coastal-chic restaurant from James Beard–nominated Concentrics Restaurants. Blending refined style with a relaxed seaside vibe, the concept offers a tide-to-table dining experience unlike anything else in the Daytona market. Guests can enjoy ocean views from a variety of settings, including their main dining room, an al fresco bar overlooking the pool and beach, private cabanas with full service, and expansive oceanfront event lawns.
Under the direction of Executive Chef Olivier Koster, the menu showcases seasonal seafood sourced from local waters. Starters include Scallop and Shrimp Tartare with leche de tigre and Peruvian corn, creamy Burrata with tomato espuma and basil crisp, and classic Dutch Bitterballen served with truffle aioli. Entrées highlight ocean-fresh ingredients with dishes like Seared Scallops with green gazpacho and butternut squash, Bouillabaisse with fish, mussels, shrimp, and clams in a rich shellfish broth, and Seared Ahi Tuna paired with wasabi mashed potatoes and marbled tataki sauce. For land lovers, offerings include Braised Airline Chicken Breast with thyme jus, a Filet Mignon with truffle parsnip purée, and a Curry Risotto with roasted vegetables and green curry sauce.
With dinner served nightly and daily breakfast available, Cast & Crew has quickly become a destination for both locals and visitors seeking exceptional coastal dining. Whether hosting a special event in the 350-seat oceanview banquet facility, savoring craft cocktails at sunset, or simply enjoying a leisurely dinner just steps from the sand, guests will find a sophisticated yet welcoming retreat that captures the spirit of Daytona Beach.
