Decades of Family Expertise in the Amusement Industry & Champions in the Community
By Maria Trent, Co-Owner, Back Alley Lanes VR-Cade
Back Alley Lanes VR-Cade is where Daytona Beach area businesses discover the perfect setting for team building, corporate celebrations, as well as family fun. This family-owned, 16,000-square-foot destination offers something for everyone: eight Brunswick bowling lanes, a full bar with casual dining, and an expansive arcade featuring cutting-edge attractions like the Virtuix Omni Arena VR experience alongside crowd favorites like Mario Kart. Our mission is simple: we love entertainment, and it shows. We're passionate about bridging generational gaps by providing a vibrant social environment where colleagues, clients, and their families can eat, play, and create lasting memories together—whether it's a friendly game of bowling, an immersive VR challenge, or simply unwinding after a productive quarter.
Co-owned by Greg and Maria Trent alongside their entrepreneurial son Gregory, Back Alley Lanes represents decades of family expertise in the amusement industry through their established business, Beyer & Brown (founded in 1941). We offer customizable corporate packages that transform ordinary gatherings into unforgettable experiences—reserve private lanes, or the entire venue for seamless events complete with catering and bar service. Our flexible space and diverse attractions ensure that every guest—from your youngest to your most seasoned executive—finds something to enjoy.
Our dedication to the Daytona Beach community extends far beyond our doors. Maria Trent serves on multiple local boards including the Domestic Abuse Council and NTF Foster Care Advisory Board, embodying our belief that successful businesses should give back. This November, we invite fellow business owners to join us in making a difference: drop off new, unwrapped toys at Back Alley Lanes throughout the month for our Neighbor to Family Foster Care Toy Drive. When you book your next corporate event with us, you're not just choosing entertainment—you're partnering with a local business that invests in our community's future. Visit backalleylanes.com or text (386) 388-7020 to plan your unforgettable team experience and see why we're Volusia County's premier destination for corporate entertainment.
