Get Your Kid’s POA Done PDQ If you or your clients have children heading off to college, make sure you put together everything they need, including power of attorney. That way, if there’s a medical emergency, a parent can act as their agent and protect their medical and financial well-being. It’s a fairly straightforward document to create, and Generation Law has streamlined the process to accommodate busy schedules. We can easily fit them in when they're home over the holidays or for a quick weekend. Here’s the deal: There’s a flat fee of $250 per child per POA. We can have everything prepped and ready for you to drop by and sign. POAs are valid until they’re revoked – so if your child gets married, you can mess with their spouse (bonus!).
