It’s a call you hope you’ll never get.

Get Your College Kid’s POA Done PDQ
If you have a child heading off to college, make sure to put “power of attorney” on your to-do list. That way, if they have a medical emergency, you can act as their agent and protect their medical and financial well-being. The Generation Law Family Is Growing
Our newest attorney-in-training entered the world earlier this month, as Managing Partner Melissa Johnson and Firm Administrator Matt Johnson welcomed a baby girl. Poppy Johnson was born July 9 at 1:40 p.m., coming in at 8 pounds and 20 inches. Mom is doing great and already billing, and Poppy is happy to be home with her adoring parents and three older brothers. Congratulations, Johnson family!

Generation Law Builds Kits for House to Home
Generation Law is proud to donate to Housing Forward’s “House to Home” project, which is creating kits that include household items and supplies to help families and people transition from homelessness to stability. These kits provide families and individuals with items like dishes, bedding, towels, toilet paper and more – supplies needed more than ever during the pandemic.
