How Will the New Illinois Trust Code Impact Your Estate Plans?
The Illinois Trust Code will formally go into effect on January 1, 2020, ushering in a host of new rules and regulations regarding trust administration. So how will it impact estate plans for you and your clients?

Generation Law Channels Hallmark

Holiday spirit and a real sense of fun are on display at Generation Law as the entire office has transformed into “Hallmark Town,” a competition to see which staff member can make their office space look the most like a scene from a Hallmark movie. There’s a local bakery, a bookstore, a gift shop, a florist, a coffee shop, a pub, a snowy town path and even a photo op area for pictures with Santa. For added fun, the Generation Law reception desk doubles as the front desk at the local inn. Check in and check it out.
