Happy New Year!
Wow, another new year is here. The annual opportunity has arrived to both reflect on the past year and to plan for the new year. Setting the table for 2024 is an exciting opportunity for Generation Law to focus on providing best-in-class client services. What can we do better? This is a question that business leaders are constantly asking themselves. However, is the path to the answer best pointed inward? I'd argue no.
What can we do better? For the most part, I believe that is a question that should be pointed outward. What do our clients think that we can do better? That is where the golden truth lies. Simple client feedback is priceless to our practice. Broadening the scope of general feedback, couldn't we all be better, in any regard, if we lucked into the opportunity to receive feedback about our behaviors, professional or personal? On the topic of feedback, it is worth noting that not all feedback is rooted in honesty or specific enough to provide value.
Maybe you are familiar with the story 'The Emperor's New Clothes', a classic tale that demonstrates what a lack of honest feedback can do. Ultimately, insincere feedback, or lack of feedback altogether, can have dire consequences and end up in poor results over and over again. Of course, feedback is a two-way street, and only starts with the genuine feedback itself. The other side of the street is the recipient of the feedback and what the recipient is willing to do with it. Open mindedness is key to positive growth and evolution.
So what am I getting at? At Generation Law, we want to hear from you in 2024. If you have a good, bad, or in between experience and feel any inclination to share your thoughts, please call or email us. We want to hear from you! We want to evolve as quickly and often as we need to in order to exceed client expectations. Most of all, we want to make 2024 a great year for our clients, however we may impact that.
So, if you think about Generation Law, what comes to mind? Feel free to send the good, the bad, or even the ugly to info@generationlaw.com any time.
