Employee Wellbeing
Employee wellbeing is an umbrella term referring to the various aspects of an employee’s experience that supports their overall health and happiness, both within and outside of work. It comprises six dimensions: physical, mental, interpersonal, financial, purpose, and belonging.
Our team is looking to improve employee wellbeing, and we invite you to share your views on how Cal Poly Pomona is doing in prioritizing your wellbeing. Your voice plays a significant role in helping our organization grow and improve. Click on the image to the right to submit your response.

What is a quick tip that you want the campus to know?
"We are all very busy and sometimes we just need to take a moment to walk on this beautiful campus and know that each one of us impact the lives of every student that comes here. Focus on the good things."

What do you like to do when you are not working?
"I love being outside, walking, riding dirt bikes, riding horses, the beach and gardening. I love music, singing out loud, and dancing any Hawaiian and Tahitian dances. And mostly, spending time with my family."

June is Pride Month!
LGBTQI+ Pride Month is celebrated each June to honor the 1969 Stonewall Uprising. This June marks the second anniversary of the Supreme Court’s landmark decision in Bostock v. Clayton County, Georgia, affirming anti-discrimination protections for LGBTQI+ individuals under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.

Recognizing Juneteenth
The observance of Juneteenth recognizes the journey and achievement of African Americans – from a horrific period of sanctioned enslavement to the pinnacle of human endeavors. Juneteenth honors stories of pride, resilience and determination that will always be of historical and spiritual importance – as it serves us well to understand that together, we can overcome all obstacles in our path.
