EMPLOYEE WELLBEING

I am comfortable giving feedback to my manager: Agree, Neutral, Disagree

Employee wellbeing is an umbrella term referring to the various aspects of an employee’s experience that supports their overall health and happiness, both within and outside of work. It comprises six dimensions: physical, mental, interpersonal, financial, purpose, and belonging.

Our team is looking to improve employee wellbeing, and we invite you to share your views on how Cal Poly Pomona is doing in prioritizing your wellbeing. Your voice plays a significant role in helping our organization grow and improve.
