FAQS

When will eligible faculty members receive the new salary program payments (e.g., GSI, SSI, etc.)?

All eligible active employees will receive the GSI retroactive to July 1, 2021. Payroll warrants (paper warrants and direct deposits) for the retroactive portion of the salary increase (e.g., from July 2021 – March 2022) will begin to issue as early as April 8, 2022. Base salary increases will be incorporated into the April 2022 pay period warrant (May 1, 2022, issue date). The $3,500 one-time payment will be distributed once we receive further instruction on the distribution of those payments from the Chancellor's Office.
