Fiscal Year End Action Items for Payroll

Pride Month is celebrated every year in June to honor the 1969 Stonewall Uprising in Manhattan which was a catalyst for the Gay Liberation Movement in the United States. You can also check out local organizations that work to achieve equal justice and equal opportunity for the LGBTQIA+ community.

The deadline to use carryover vacation hours for CSUEU (units 2, 5, 7, 9) and APC (unit 4) employees who had approval to carry forward excess vacation hours into 2023 is June 30, 2023. Any hours approved for carryover that are not used by the deadline will be forfeited.

Additional information, including the Year-End Vacation Carry-Forward Request Form, can be found by clicking the green button below.

Last payroll run for FY22-23 is in mid-June. Due to fiscal year end, the Payroll Services department must receive all documents ASAP, to allow time to process before June cutoff.
