Creating a Personal Self-Care Plan that’s right for YOU!
What is Self-Care?
How do you define Self-Care? What does it mean to you? Have you paused for a moment to think about this recently? What have YOU done for YOU lately?
A simple definition is exactly what the name references - caring for the self. Self-Care includes anything that you do to benefit yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It means taking the time to do things that improve both your physical health and mental health.

Safer Return Incident Investigation Team | |
The Safer Return Incident Investigation Team, led by Dr. Leti Gutierrez-Lopez, is a valuable resource at CPP as they take a holistic and preventative approach to managing COVID-19 related incidents on campus contributing to the health and wellbeing of our community.
Given the potential of the rapid spread of COVID, the team works weekdays, evenings, and weekends to ensure a safer community. They provide guidance on risk mitigating efforts as well as link folks to other health and wellbeing resources on and off-campus (testing, vaccination, physical and mental health services, disability support, etc.).
This team has done an amazing job at keeping our campus COVID-19 case numbers down since 2020 and we are very grateful for their hard work!
