Building Bridges for Authentic Communication with Psychological Safety is an immersive two-hour session, where participants will explore the foundational skills and behaviors essential for promoting psychological safety. Designed to provide a hands-on experience, this course allows individuals to see and feel the impact of supportive behaviors firsthand.

The mission of a Fearless Campus is to create a supportive, inclusive, equitable and psychologically safe campus environment with a common purpose of enabling performance, commitment, and retention for all members of the campus community (leadership, faculty, staff, and students).

Learn an in depth understanding of benefits offered by the Cal State University. Receive step by step instructions on how to enroll and where to locate benefit information. We encourage attendance to assist in forming an educated decision on which benefit plan options are best for you as well as your retirement plan.

The Student Timekeeping Training is hosted by Payroll Services and will cover the student employee time reporting process, and the department’s roles and responsibilities. A demo will be provided in PeopleSoft HR. All timekeepers and approvers are welcome to join. Please note that training is required before timekeeper or approver access is granted in PeopleSoft HR.

Nominate a Book for the 2025-26 Common Read

The First-Year Experience (FYE) Committee is now accepting nominations for the 2025-26 Common Read selection! Each year, students, faculty, and staff engage in a shared reading experience, with activities and events designed to spark conversations that encourage exploration beyond the FYE courses, highlighting themes relevant to social trends and events. Do you have a book in mind that embodies Cal Poly Pomona’s values of inclusivity, community engagement, or student success? Submit your suggestions by January 17 and help us create meaningful connections across campus.
