We Turned 50!

Carroll Engineering is thrilled to announce our 5oth year of service in 2023! A special thanks to our amazing clients and staff that made these 50 years as successful as can be; we couldn't have done it without you!

Coined “The best little town in Delaware,” the Town of Wyoming is rich in small-town appeal with modern-day amenities like nearby shopping, parks, businesses, and local town events. Wyoming is centrally located in Delaware, allowing its residents to explore all that Delaware has to offer with just a short ride. Wyoming is full of history, much of which is connected to the Railroad. Most of the homes in town are registered with the National Register of Historic Places.

Wyoming was founded around the Pennsylvania Railroad in 1856. By 1860 Wyoming had grown into a small village. The business growth was substantial as well, as the town had attracted a variety of essential establishments. By 1888 the community was said to include three general stores, a drug store, a butcher, two blacksmiths, two coal dealers, a shoe shop, two doctors, and a variety of other establishments that reflect the rapid growth of the town. Wyoming was regarded as the “Peach Center” of Delaware.

The Town of Wyoming is proud to maintain a park on the banks of the Wyoming Pond. The newly renovated park is open year-round and is equipped with brand-new playground equipment, restrooms, picnic tables and grills, and a large pavilion.

Carroll Engineering Corporation is proud to have The Town of Wyoming as one of its newest clients. In December, we were appointed as the Town Engineer. We are excited to have the opportunity to work with The Town of Wyoming and look forward to building a trusting, working relationship with them.

As Carroll Engineering Corporation continues to grow as one of the largest consulting engineering and surveying firms in Southeast Pennsylvania, Central New Jersey, and parts of Delaware, we have welcomed the following new employees over the last few months to our company. Jeans For A Cause

Each holiday season, Carroll Engineering supports a family in need from Titus Elementary School with donations raised from our Jeans for a Cause program, where participating employees are able to wear jeans on the 1st Friday of each month by donating $5 each time. This year, we were able to aid a local single father with one child, 8 years old little boy, by providing 13 wrapped gifts under his Christmas tree!

Toys For Tots

Carroll Engineering is a proud annual participant of the United States Marine Corps' holiday toy drive program, Toys for Tots. At the beginning of December, a toy collection box is placed in the office for employees to fundraise and collect new toys to help less fortunate children.

CEC Holiday Party

Carroll Engineering got in the Holiday spirit this past Holiday season, for the first time since Covid! Thank you to Joanne Killion, Mike McCarey, and Donna Cavello for planning such a beautiful night. Also special thanks to Angelo's in Horsham for hosting us at their wonderful patio space! We all had a great night in true Carroll Family fashion.
