She testifies that we can, no matter our age or experience, grow in our understanding of others in the midst of unrest and struggle. Resurrection happens when struggle is embraced. – Pastor Tim

Face Masks Needed
There are two organizations looking for homemade masks: The United Way of Central Iowa and Lutheran World Relief.
The masks for United Way are for local people on the margins of society: refugees, homeless people, the hungry, etc.
LWR has put out a nationwide call for 75,000 face masks for global distribution. For information about the LWR 75,000 Face Mask Challenge,  visit LWR's website .
Masks can be dropped off at church on Mondays from 9:00-11:00 am.
Support Holy Trinity Food Pantry
The north entry doors will be open  each Monday from 9:00-11:00 am to drop off donated items . If you prefer to give at other times, you can stock the Helping Hands boxes located in the south parking lot. You can also  make a monetary contribution to the food pantry .
The Food Pantry is in need of the following items:
  • Toilet paper
  • Frozen meat, 1-2 pound packages
  • Canned chicken
  • Canned fruit
  • Canned beans
  • Peanut butter
Donations of food have tapered off considerably as people stay home. We still need to keep the pantry going, so please consider extra monetary gifts to the food pantry as we need to buy more than expected groceries. Thank you! Your monetary, food and personal care gifts are an outreach of God's love to the Ankeny community.
