WORSHIP
Weekend Worship
This weekend we will celebrate the Fifth Sabbath of Easter. For the time being, we will gather virtually to worship together. Worship Videos will be posted on our website, HTLC app and YouTube at 5:00 pm on Saturdays so you can worship at a time that is most convenient for you.

The bulletin, readings and prayers, children's bulletin, and worship notes are available on our website. Prayer requests may be submitted online. Please complete a Welcome Card when you worship.
Parking Lot Worship - May 16
We will offer a communion worship service in the church parking lot on Sunday, May 16, at 10:00 am.
Sign up online or email Krista Gerth so we can plan accordingly. Please indicate the number of passengers you expect to receive communion in your vehicle. Contact Pastor Tim with questions.
STUDY, SERVE, SUPPORT
Celebrate Graduating Seniors at our Senior Tailgate - May 23
Join the fun on Sunday, May 23, from noon-3:00 pm. Enjoy lunch from the Hotsy Totsy food truck in the east parking lot and congratulate the seniors in the north parking lot where they will have displays to showcase their high school years.
Join Brew for You Group
Sign up for a Brew for You group -- one for coffee, the other for beer! Each group will have a maximum of 8 people and meet once a month for four months, starting in June. The group will meet for about one hour at a time that works for the group. The purpose is fellowship, connecting and meeting new people. Groups may meet in person or virtually.
Easter Hunger Project: Give so the Village Grows
We are halfway to our goal of raising $7,000. So far, we can fund a well for clean drinking water, a community garden for fresh produce, and a family farm (a cow, two pigs, two goats, and several chicks).
We have yet to raise enough money to purchase vaccinations for 10 children, healthy meals for 10 children, and mosquito nets for an entire village. Can you help? Click here to make a gift by May 16 and learn more about our Easter Hunger Project for World Hunger Relief.
Bread for the World Letter-Writing Campaign
Join members of Holy Trinity as we write letters to our elected officials regarding hunger in our communities. We can advocate for vulnerable populations dealing with hunger and poverty. Click here for a sample letter and links to contact your representatives.
THOUGHTS FROM PASTORS & STAFF
Submit Your Plan to Give This Year
God has given us much; blessed us with abundance. God has also called us to do much with what we have received. We ask that you submit your "plan to give" because we are preparing our budget and how to conduct our ministry this year. Please go online to your Realm account to make your commitment by May 3. Click here for instructions on how to submit your plan for giving. Or pick up a paper copy at the north entrance to the church.
Easter 2021
CHRIST ALIVE - HERE AND NOW
The season of Easter continues, but the excitement fades as we tuck Jesus safely into the future, anticipating his return, (but not too quickly, or he’ll spoil the fun). For many of us, the step after resurrection is the ascension which separates us from God’s Messiah and makes us settle into a very long wait. Read this week's Grace Notes
We are Hiring a Minister for Learning
Holy Trinity is seeking a full-time Minister for Learning to lead, administer, and carry-out ministry that leads to the spiritual transformation and nurtures faith that expresses love of God, neighbor, and creation among members of the congregation under age 18 and their families. HOLY TRINITY FOOD PANTRY
Bid for a Bench to Benefit Holy Trinity's Food Pantry!
Place your bid on Facebook to win a hand-crafted bench! The highest bidder wins the opportunity to pick from a choice of six benches. The auction opened April 27 and closes May 5 at 11:00 pm -- just in time for Mother's Day! All funds will be donated to the Holy Trinity Food Pantry. Click here for images and descriptions of the benches.
Donate to Holy Trinity Food Pantry
The Food Pantry is in need of the following items:
  • Plastic grocery sacks
  • Toilet paper and paper towels
  • Canned chicken
  • Canned fruit
  • Canned beans
  • Peanut butter
  • If you have perishable foods to donate, please contact Lisa in the church office to find out if we have the capacity to store these items before bringing them to the pantry.
