Triple C's Mission: To provide statewide leadership in mobilizing resources, services, and partnerships that strengthen Ohio colleges and universities’ capacity to educate students for civic and social responsibility and to improve community life.

Join Our Student Basic Needs Network Meeting

Tuesday, October 20 | 2 PM | Virtual

Join Triple C and Swipe Out Hunger for the first Student Basic Needs Network (SBNN) meeting of the academic year!

Formerly the Hunger Free Campus Coalition, SBNN expands collaboration to address college students’ basic needs across Ohio.

Connect virtually with campus and community partners, exchange resources and perspectives, and help shape the Network’s priorities for supporting students’ needs—from food and housing to transportation, health, and financial wellness.

Election Protection Funding Reminder

Triple C has received funding from Ohio Voice to support the Ohio Voter Rights Coalition’s Election Protection efforts this year—and that means more opportunities for our member campuses to participate.

Triple C is able to provide stipends to students who serve as Election Protection monitors on Election Day to support fellow students navigate the voting process and answer questions outside the on-campus or near-campus polling location.

It’s not too late to get involved! Contact admin@communitycampuscoalition.org to learn more about participating in this opportunity.

Together, campuses can help ensure students and communities have the information and resources they need to participate in the electoral process.

Thank You for Making Propel Ohio a Success!

Triple C brought student leaders and campus administrators together at Bowling Green State University on October 2 for Propel Ohio: America at 250 — Preparing the Next Generation of Civic Leaders.

The statewide summit offered opportunities to build connections, explore civic engagement, exchange ideas, and reflect on how the next generation can help shape Ohio’s future.

Thank you to our campus partners, presenters, and participants for making the day a success!

Remembrance Into Action: 9/11 Day of Service

Three Ohio campus partners—Marietta College, the University of Akron, and Denison University—honored the 25th anniversary of 9/11 through service projects supporting veterans, student basic needs, food security, and local communities.

Together in September, they contributed 841 volunteers and 683 hours of service, demonstrating the power of campus-community partnerships to turn remembrance into meaningful action. Read the blog to explore each campus’s impact.

The Big Table: Building Connections

Triple C was honored to participate in The Big Table to connect higher education professionals, students, and community partners in sharing resources and exploring ways to better support Ohio college students’ basic needs.

Thank you to the Ohio Association of Community Colleges (OACC) for hosting us and to everyone who contributed to this meaningful conversation!

Explore The Big Table Snapshot: Celebrate 10 years of The Big Table® as they gathered stories, reflections, and insights from this year’s hosts and participants to create a snapshot of how these conversations are helping move our community forward.
