Summer is here! The golden days of summer always bring to mind strolls along the shore, stone fruit salads, strawberry watermelon lemonade, and wonderful, relaxing days reading a great book.

Speaking of books, the Friends of the Encinitas Library (FOEL) had a wonderful Author Event this past June with Molé Mama, discussing her recent book, Abuelita’s Magical Molcajete. Stay tuned for another Author Event this Fall.
