Being a Quality Provider means to also take care of yourself while maintaining your child care program. Physically and Mentally. We wear many hats throughout the day: nurse, nutritionist, entertainer, teacher, janitor, accountant, receptionist, therapist, and so many more. The work day often does not end when that last child goes home, especially when you switch from your child care hat to your family hat. The faster you go through the years without taking time to create your own Mental Health Roadmap, the faster and harder that burnout is going to hit. Here are some resources that can help you start the Mental Health Journey, but even if you can do one thing for yourself each day, that will make it all the better.
