MVBC Family Happenings
As the new year begins, let me encourage everyone to get to know new people within our church family. Our current focus is for all of us to love like Jesus and I am looking forward to hearing stories about how new relationships have developed within our church. We have created a place on our website where you can record how God has blessed you through these new or developing relationships. Please consider sharing your story with your church family.

On behalf of the entire staff, I want to thank everyone who has either given financially or expressed words of loving encouragement. Ministering together is a privilege! We are so thankful for each and everyone of you. We look forward to seeing how God works in all of our lives this coming year. Please join us this Sunday as we once again look into First John. This week we will consider the reality that we must be discerning Christians. There is so much information broadcast through on the internet, TV, and in our daily interactions where passionate people express their views. We must compare what we hear with what is taught in Scripture. The sermon will focus on First John 4:1-6.
