MVBC Family Happenings
In last week’s Family Happenings, I used the following words to help us understand the importance of a yearly vision for our church. The word "vision" is simply a term used to convey what we believe to be our primary focus for the coming year as we lead the church to make and mature disciples of Jesus Christ. Our desire is that you become an active part in this vision. Truly, it will be impossible to successfully accomplish this vision without your participation. To prepare your heart and mind to receive God’s Word this coming Sunday morning, please read John 13 and meditate on Jesus’ words to His disciples. Do His words have significance for His disciples today?
Beginning this Sunday, we are excited to be able to offer Nursery again during first service! Please note that this will be a “free play” environment, without masking or social distancing requirements. We’ll be screening children before entry and ask that children who are exhibiting symptoms for any illness or may have come in contact with someone who may have COVID stay home. The Nursing Mother’s Room will be available during second service, but we are not able to offer a second service Nursery program at this time.

Kevin St. John is leading an Evangelism Encouragement Group. Sign up in person with Kevin on Sunday or online here. The purpose of this ministry to to show God's love and to share God's news. This communicates 1) more broadly loving non-Christians around us (show God's love) and 2) sharing the gospel (share God's news).
Praise the Lord for a wonderful VBS week! He allowed 76 kids to hear the gospel this week! While most of the kids who came, come from a churched background, each one of them needs the same saving grace of Jesus! Please continue to pray for those who do not know Christ as Savior and for the spiritual growth of those who do. Thank you so much to each of you who prayed and served this year!
You can still worship through giving from home. You may either mail checks to P.O. Box 606, Nashua, NH, 03061, or donate online here. To view giving information for last week, click here.
