The Farmyard Fall Eve Vendor Set-Up Instructions

Congratulations!

You have been selected as a vendor for our event on 9/17.

SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS

Please arrive between 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM
The event is from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Customers often arrive early!
The location will be the same as it has been for those who have been to an event at The Farmyard!
Ask Robyn upon arrival to confirm your location or to answer any questions you may have.
Vendors are responsible for their own tent, set-up, and display materials as desired.

ACTIVITIES

FOOD VENDOR

It is the vendor's responsibility to carry insurance and the proper permit. Anyone without proper documentation will be asked to leave.

RAIN DATE

There is no rain date for this event. If the event is canceled due to weather, tickets will be refunded or an additional option may be provided.

No Refunds unless the event is canceled.

REMINDERS

Vendors must be approved to participate.
If you receive this email you have been approved.
There is a $35 Vendor Fee (see link below). The fee is waived for first-time vendors.
To pay the vendor fee click "PAY VENDOR FEE" - "Tickets" - "Vendor Fee"
