God our Father,

Your Beloved Son Jesus was so busy to address the needs of your people. Grant us the grace to become channels of His saving words and deeds. Although you can surely do everything, you need our cooperation and participation in your works of salvation for all. In this Second Week of Advent, may he find us watchful and vigilant in doing good works.
