Can you believe it?! The Fig Leaf is so old!

This is definitely an excuse to celebrate.
Fig Leaf Fun Facts:
  • The Fig Leaf has moved around Fort Collins 7 times. How many locations can you name?

  • The Fig Leaf is the oldest quilt shop in Colorado. We have no idea where we rank nationally.

  • Laura was just 24 years old when she opened up her little fabric shop in Old Town, with only 200 bolts. She is still rocking it today with more like 4000 bolts of fabric!

  • The Fig Leaf opened as a dress fabric shop, hence the name, as fig leaves could be said to be the first ‘clothing’ worn by Adam and Eve. Quilting fabric and supplies soon proved to be in greater demand, and gradually took over the store.
