Parenting Moments
presented by Healthier Urban Families at Wayne State University
November 2022
Welcome November, the national month of gratitude!  Many families look forward to spending time with each other over food, fun and creating fond memories. One of the ways that we can help instill gratitude in our children is by encouraging them to help and give to others. Please see our guide below about the benefits of children volunteering. Also see the list of activities that you can do with your child this month. Most of all, remember that we are committed to be COVID safe. Consider getting vaccinated if you are not and be especially aware of family members and friends who are vulnerable.
