2026 Experience and Capacity Standards
The first draft the 2026 Experience and Capacity Standards has been posted. These standards are applicable to the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Programs - 4% LIHTC and 9% LIHTC, and Housing Development Gap Financing (HDGF) programs for 2026.
OHFA will accept comments on this draft through 5 p.m. on Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
